We do not expect members to be left out of pocket when attending to UNISON business.  You can download an expenses claim form below.

You should use the guidance notes on the back of the form to check what you can claim for, and you may also find the expenses form help sheet useful.  If you have any questions about what you can and can’t claim for, contact the Branch Office.

We can pay your expenses directly into your bank account if you complete the bank details section of the form.  Alternatively, we can send a cheque.  Payments have to be authorised by both the Treasurer and Branch Secretary, but we will try to get the money to you as soon as possible.
