Support and information
If you need someone to talk to in confidence about personal issues, There For You staff are trained to listen. Call 020 7121 5620 to talk about whatever is worrying you.
With your permission, There For You can also put you in touch with other organisations who might be able to help you.
Mental health support
Your employer is responsible for protecting your health and safety at work and this includes your mental health. If your mental health is being affected by your job then you should tell your employer. Many employers have Employee Assistance Programmes available to provide confidential support for employees and you can self-refer to your employer’s occupational health service where they have one.
You can also download our Support for members in crisis help sheet, which lists a number of organisations who can offer support.
